Disco & Poetry Today at Wilton Library

The Wilton Public Library has lots of fun in store today with two special programs:

Summer Poetry with Judson Scruton

Thursday, July 24 & 31, 10:30 – noon

Judson Scruton leads this 4-part Summer Poetry Series exploring Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award winning poet Mary Oliver on July 24 and 31. Judson Scruton has taught creative writing and literature at prep schools and universities. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of English at Fairfield University. No charge for program. Advance registration required.

Summer Music & More Concert Series: The Bernadettes

Thursday, July 24, 5:00– 6:30 p.m.

The Bernadettes play ’70s disco and R&B for the 14th year of summer concerts at Wilton Library. Final date in the series: July 31—Echoes of Sinatra with Steve Kazlauskas returns with the Great American Songbook style. Open to the public – concerts and refreshments free. Concerts take place in the Brubeck Room rain or shine. Sponsored by The Village Market. Wine provided by Michael Crystal.
