Soup Alley! (or Naked Greens.) A healthy, affordable place to eat with a salad bar that can appeal to adults or kids, soups... When Soup Alley closed, Ms. Bernhard said that she thought they would have been more successful with less square footage and in the town center. And as she requested, if the space is more "green" it is more attractive. I don't know if the owners would consider the added value of making improvements towards lowering environmental impact, but that continues to be attractive to some business owners (and may command a premium beyond market rent based on the value those owners attribute to minimizing their impact or the marketing benefits to prospective customers). I'm not certain if we have many businesses looking for green space in this area, but that could be a differentiating factor that would benefit the building owners, the renter/business owner, and the town's image.

Try Thai Spice on Main Ave. (Rt. 7) in Norwalk. Best Thai in the area. http://www.littlethaikitchen.com/thaispice.htm#

The best Thai hands down is The Terrace Savory Thai in Hamden. It's worth the half hour drive up the Merritt if you are looking for real authentic Thai food.
