Wilton Historical Society to Unveil New Garden Thursday

The Wilton Historical Society invites the public to join them today, Thursday, July 17, from 4:00-7:00 p.m.to celebrate the unveiling of their newly rejuvenated 1740 Colonial Herb Garden. 

Guests will enjoy wine and cheese while taking in the sights and smells of the lavish new addition to the Wilton Historical Society. 

The garden is located near the historic Betts-Sturgis-Blackmar house, according to the CT Post. The herb garden is at its peak of color and fragrance. Plants include penny royal, mint, rue and wrinkled rose.
