Wilton's Turn Over Shop to Reopen for Fall on Monday

It's cool to be thrifty and the Turn Over Shop, a consignment and thrift store, reopens Monday, Aug. 26th.

After the bag sale that concluded on Aug. 21st, followed by a thorough clean-out that shuttered the store for a few days, volunteers will reopen the Turn Around Shop with new fall merchandise on Monday, Aug. 26th, 2013.

According to a message from Sharon Sobel on the shop's website, this year's fall opening is earlier, reflecting customer feedback.

The shop's primary mission is to raise funds to support education and health services in Wilton. Proceeds are donated to the Wilton Parent Teacher Association and to Visiting Nurse and Hospice of Fairfield County. The shop welcomes donations, consignments and volunteers.

Located in the heart of Wilton Center, the Turn Over Shop is worth a short detour off Route 7. Located at 98 Old Ridgefield Road, down a slope and tucked under the Village Market, the shop's hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Tel. (203) 762-3160.
