The evening’s performance will be recorded live and CD’s of the show will be available to the public at a future date.  A reception will follow the concert and audience members will have the opportunity to speak with the musicians.

The show follows a similar evening The Wilton Playshop hosted last year to great success. Known as one of the world’s foremost jazz guitarists, Bucky Pizzarelli came to fame as a member of the Doc Severensen band that played on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.  He has recorded countless albums and CD’s and has played with Jerry Bruno and Ridgefield, CT drummer John Cutrone for many years.

“Opening our stage to great talent that brings new experiences to our audience is a top priority.  Hosting an intimate night of jazz is of great interest to our members as we found last year when we featured Bucky, Jerry and John for the launch of their Four X Four CD,” said Zelie Pforzheimer, President of The Wilton Playshop. We are thrilled to have them return to the Playshop.”

The trio can be seen for one night only at The Wilton Playshop, March 12th at 7:30 pm.  Tickets can be purchased online at www.wiltonplayshop.org.
