Library's Craft Day to Honor 'Willy Wonka' Creator
Children are invited to stop by children's library from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 13, to make some crafts in celebration of what would have been famed children's author Roald Dahl's 94th birthday. Dahl penned "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," which first brought the Willy Wonka character to life.
Crafts will be themed after Dahl's books and characters. All ages are welcome and no registration is necessary.
This event is sponsored by the Coyle Family Young Readers Fund.
