'Wall Street' Auditions

The is holding auditions for the staged musical reading of the original musical comedy "Wall Street" from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4.

Performances take place Oct. 1 and 2.

Wall Street was written by Charles Veley, Esq., who wrote the lyrics with music based on the songs of Gilbert and Sullivan.

The musical has roles for 15 performers plus additional supporting roles. Twenty-four new songs, all based on wonderful melodies from eight Gilbert & Sullivan operettas, bring today's Wall Street milieu to a whole new level of hilarity.

For the musical part of the auditions, bring two contrasting songs (any style) that show off our vocal qualities and range.  Be prepared to sing only a verse (or 45-second chunk). Also bring music for the pianist in the correct key with any cuts clearly marked.
