Homecoming to Feature WHS Marching Band

The Wilton High School musicians invite everyone to come see them perform at Homecoming is Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. The WHS Marching Band will perform on the field at halftime and in the stands throughout the game!

Homecoming this year at WHS has a lot more than football. There is also a carnival  beginning at 1:00p.m. in the Dust Bowl, the field below Fujitani Field (the stadium turf). Passing by the carnival starting around 2:00p.m. will be the parade, which will feature the WHS and District administration and the Homecoming Court in Jeeps, banners made by student government, and, the feature event, our award-winning Warrior Marching Band.  The big game is at 2:30p.m. 

Supporting the WHS Music Program
Each year, students involved in the Wilton High School Music Program attend a spring adjudication conference where their performances are judged by trained musicians. It is an exciting event for the band, orchestra and chorus students and their teachers. 

In order to defray the cost of the trip, the Music Boosters conducts a variety of fundraisers throughout the year. Once again, the Boosters are promoting the “Grandma Miller Pies” and holiday greenery fundraisers. Below is information on both.

The pies are delicious (and keep in the freezer for 4-6 months) and the greenery/plants are of excellent quality.

Wilton Warrior Music Booster Grandma Miller Pie Sale

The Wilton Warrior Music Boosters are conducting its annual "Grandma Miller's Pie Sale" fundraiser to help defray the cost of the Spring 2014 Adjudication Trip for the high school bands, orchestra and chorus. A variety of homemade pies (apple, pumpkin, cherry, pecan, blueberry and others), quick breads (banana, lemon-blueberry and others), lemon pound cake, chicken pot pie and other items are available for purchase. 

Pick-up will be Saturday, November 23, 2013 (Time -TBD) at Wilton High School.

Wilton Warrior Music Boosters Greenery Fundraiser

The Holiday Season is approaching! The Wilton Warrior Music students (Band, Chorus and Orchestra) and their Boosters are selling greenery for the holidays to make the season bright! For purchase are: Poinsettias, Garland roping, Wreaths (decorated, undecorated, traditional, fancy), Kissing Balls and other items. All orders and full payment due by Friday, November 15, 2013. Pick up will be onSaturday, December 7, 2013 (Time TBD) at the Wilton High School.
