Yoga in the Garden for Men!

Practice yoga in the serene surroundings of the Bartlett Arboretum! This class provides a haven for men to start or continue their practice of yoga. Your first class is free!

Come practice the ancient art of yoga in the serene surroundings of the . We will practice in the midst of beautiful flowers, shrubs and majestic trees, taking in the sights, scents and sounds of our natural world. Discovcer the health benefits, find peace and relaxation from the stress and tension of our daily lives.

In the East where yoga originated, it was predominantly practiced by men. Surveys have shows that men would like to try yoga for the physical and mind health benefits, but are reluctant to go to a general class with mostly women in the group. This class provides a safe haven for men to start or continue their practice of yoga.

First class is Free

Thursdays, 5:45 to 7:00 PM
