Community Update

Absolute worst service I have ever received. From the first minute I dealt with a condescending salesman who knew nothing about the car I was buying and outright lied about a number of things just to make the sale. Then, even when I still wanted to buy the car, they pulled me around for 5 days before letting me buy it, saying they were too busy to have me come in and sign, and then that the didn't want to inconvenience their associate who deals with the loans, and when I told them they were inconveniencing the costumer they told me I just had to wait. When buying the car I then found more problems, it appears the "detailing" and "inspection" are just a total fraud and front. They sold me a car with absolutely no coolant and an empty radiator, and there were packs of cigarettes and scratch off tickets left in the glove box. When I tried to use the dealership warranty to get them to fix whatever the leak was it was the hardest process in the world. It took me over 11 phone calls and 6 unreturned voicemails to get it worked out, and even now I am not confident in the service I got. When I tried to contact Bruce and Todd to voice my concerns with the service I received, they too did not return any of my messages, so I guess that is where the rest of the dealership learned its lack of responsibility. Every interaction I had with this dealership was awful and I fully regret giving them any of my money, I suggest you stay far far away.
