The first round of New Canaan's First "Iron Sommelier" competition among four New Canaan restaurants, the Roger Sherman Inn, Harvest Supper, Thali New Canaan and Carpe Diem. You're invited to be a judge and join the fun!
Each round of the competition includes an elegant 3-course meal, accompanied by wine tastings selected by the participating four restaurants**. You vote for your favorite pairing with each course. A winning wine professional is selected each round, until Round 4, when the professional with the most overall points is crowned “New Canaan Iron Sommelier”.
