Food News for Wilton: Week of April 7

Backyard Garden Workshop; Food Truck Fridays; Little Pub Beer Dinner

is teaming up with Master Farmer Annie Farrell on Saturday, April 16 for a Backyard Garden Workshop to teach and demonstrate best practices to get your vegetable garden started.  Registration is required.

Join the Boathouse Restaurant  each Tuesday evening for Wine on the Water with Chef John Holzwarth who comes of the kitchen to cook in the main dining room for this immersive weekly wine tasting event. Seats are $35 per person.

Spring on the Farm at Sport Hill Farm this Saturday, April 9. Learn how to dye eggs naturally, tour the fields, create a window garden of greens to take home & care for using recycled materials & leave with a tasty treat.  Space is limited & pre-registration required. $10 per participant. 

A Sierra Nevada beer dinner on April 18 at , they will pair up 5 sierra nevada beers with 5 little pub menu offerings for $55.
