Wilton-based Riverside Fence has been named to Inc. magazine's seventh annual Inc. 500|5000 list, an exclusive ranking which showcases the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States. The company ranks No. 2,596 on the list, according to a release, with a three-year revenue growth of 136%. They are also the only fence company from Connecticut to make the list.
Since purchasing the business in 2006, Rob and Nancy Kaye have grown the business from eight to 30 employees at the Wilton location. Riverside Fence manufactures all of their wood fencing on site. This way, according to the release, the company has complete control over the quality of wood used during construction, and they can react to last-minute job changes or add-on's instead of having to wait for a supplier to provide additional materials.
The company also offers a variety of fencing, including PVC, aluminum, chain-link, wrought-iron, driveway gates and more. Riverside Fence is located at 84 Danbury Road (RT 7) in Wilton, not far from the Norwalk line.
