Real meat-lovers probably never put the cover on their grills this winter, mild or not, and made regular trips to Wilton center for replacement canisters of propane.
Grilling season’s first big stretch of the year is around the corner (Memorial Day weekend), and that put your local Patch editors in the mood to set this week’s Readers' Choice contest: Favorite Local Restaurant for a Steak.
We want to know not only where you go when you’re in the mood for a ribeye or New York strip, but also what’s your favorite cut at that restaurant and what the chef does right in preparation. Is it the magical seasoning? The perfect temperature? The complement of potatoes and vegetables?
As always, this week’s Readers’ Choice contest winner will be decided not only by readers who cast their votes in the poll, but also—including in tie-breakers—by Patch account-holders who post their reviews in Wilton Patch’s online business directory for future readers to find.
