Vendors Wanted for New Rochelle and Greenwich Events

"It's the perfect venue for individuals, businesses, organizations and not-for-proftis to showcase their goods and services to thousands of residents and visitors," said an organizer for the New Rochelle Street Fair.

Vendors are wanted by three area organizations holding events: the New Rochelle Street Fair on Sept. 8, the Women's Club of Greenwich's Holiday Boutique on Nov. 15 and 16 and Lincoln Park Community Garden's Lincoln Avenue Arts & Culture Fest on Sept. 28, also in New Rochelle.

Vendors are wanted for the Sept. 8 New Rochelle Street Fair, held in celebration of the city's 325th anniversary.

The street fair, which close Main Street from North Avenue to Centre Avenue, is being produced by StreetFairs.org in partnership with the 325th Anniversary Committee and the City of New Rochelle.

The fair will feature games, food, arts and crafts and live entertainment.

The 325th Anniversary Committee Chairwoman Marianne Sussman said the fair was more than just an opportunity to have a good time.

"Also, it's the perfect venue for individuals, businesses, organizations and not-for-proftis to showcase their goods and services to thousands of residents and visitors," she said.

Vendor space is available at special rates for New Rochelle-based crafters, artists, retailers and food vendors. Non-resident fees are also available.

In New Rochelle, Sept. 28

Lincoln Park Community Garden will host the 2nd Annual Lincoln Avenue Arts & Culture Fest on Saturday, Sept. 28 from Noon – 6 pm at Lincoln Park on Lincoln Avenue in New Rochelle.  Vendors are invited to rent space for $65 to sell their jewelry, accessories, books, health & beauty products, clothing and more!  Reserve early, space is limited.

The Lincoln Avenue Arts & Culture Fest is in conjunction with the popular ArtsFest 2013 sponsored by the New Rochelle Council on the Arts.  The famous Arts Trolley will stop directly in front of Lincoln Park where fest-goers can hop on and off to enjoy a drum circle, musical and dance performances, and food provided by local establishments.  There will also be demonstrations at grow! Lincoln Park Community Garden where visitors can sample the organic vegetables grown this season.
