From the amount of empty store fronts and the high turnover rates of business owners giving this town a chance...the only thing needed is affordable rents. Lets face it. Wiltons downtown is not a shopping destination --as is say Westport is. So the only people shopping here are the locals and the bad news is there are not enough of us shopping to keep theses stores viable. I read where some town in PA offered residents discounts on there property taxes based on how much money they spent locally with participating merchants...kind of like your Stop and Shop card where you earn credits...yeah...but that makes too much sense.

Although Trackside Teen Center’s principal goal is to serve Wilton’s teenagers, private rentals were the primary driver
If the main use of the center is for rentals, why are we taxpayers paying anything towards Trackside? Cut them out of the town budget!
