Wilton PTAs Thank Turnover Shop for $36k Donation

The Turnover Shop in Wilton contributed $36,000 to several Wilton PTAs.

To the Editor,

The five Wilton PTAs express gratitude to , Inc. for their recent contribution of $36,000 to the Parent Teacher Assocations (PTA). The donations this year were presented to the PTAs in honor of Alice Levin, this year’s Turnover Shop Volunteer of the Year.

We express our hearfelt thanks to Alice Levin and the more than 150 volunteers who make the Turnover Shop such a phenomenal success. The PTAs are grateful for the Turnover Shop’s longstanding support, and the Shop’s generosity is felt by every Wilton student, and their families.

The Turnover Shop’s contributions are used for enrichment progarmming for the students and their families, as well as the classroom Gifts and Grants program at each school. The numerous programs supported by each PTA, and thus the Turnover Shop, run the gamut and cross all educational disciplines; from English, to science, to history, to the arts and beyond. If you are not familiar with the Turnover Shop, drop in and take a peek at this hidden gem. The PTAs urge you to support the Turnover Shop whether as a volunteer, a consignor, a donator, or a buyer. This wonderful organization not only supports the Wilton PTAs, but also supports other community organizations. We cannot say “thank you” enough to this wonderful organization and the army of volunteers who ensure the Turnover Shop’s continued success.

With thanks on behalf of:
