Wilton's i3 Convergence Marketing Merges with In-House Marketing
The merger gives In-House Marketing LLC the ability to expand its creative offerings, while giving i3 Convergence Marketing the ability to deliver more strategic services to its clients, according to a report in the CT Post.
-based i3 Convergence Marketing has reportedly merged with Litchfield-based In-House Marketing LLC to create a full service marketing company, Mesa Integrated LLC.
According to a report in the CT Post, the two companies had very little overlap, in terms of the services they offered, plus they served very different market segments, thus creating an ideal opportunity for a merger.
Mesa Integrated, which started operating under its new name on June 1, is headquartered in Litchfield but retains an office in Wilton, according to a company press release. As a result of the merger the firm now serves a wide variety of clients operating in a range of industries — from healthcare and financial services clients on In-House Marketing's side to food/beverage and international travel clients on i3 Convergence's side.
