Little Brook Road Home Sells for $1.17M

Four real estate transactions were reported in Wilton between Jan. 14 and Jan. 17.

(Editor's note: The following information was provided by the Wilton Town Clerk's office.)

On Jan. 14, Capital One sold the property at 60 Little Brook Road to Timothy and Julia Labant for $1,170,000.

On Jan. 15, Richard and Patricia Rubenstein sold the property at 80 Stonebridge Road to American International Relocation Solutions for $950,000.

On Jan. 15, American International Relocation Solutions sold the property at 80 Stonebridge Road to Edwin and Laura Sohn for $950,000.

On Jan. 17, Gary and Kay Balionis sold the property at 12 Morand Lane to Sonja Renander and Judd Walencikowski for $630,000.

I agree. Just because information is publicly available, does not mean it should be broadcast or that the public benefit of broadcasting outweighs the privacy burden to those affected. That said, if Patch and the Villager don't do it, someone else likely will.

Many people have been interested in this house so the sale price is newsworthy.

It's telling me that Tim and Julia have a lot of dinero. I wonder if they have any guns. Oh wait, I will look that right up! Dogs, kids, jobs? No problemo. It's all on the web. The Patch did not create the problem. AL GORE DID!

A ludicrous assumption, Ex. Hulloh -- maybe like so many others who chose to, and can afford to, move into Wilton, this is a hard-working couple whose life is filled with optimism and solid employment prospects, not dictated by how many Rolex watches and BMWs. And yes, to some degree, the immediacy and broadcast qualities of the Web are both a curse and blessing. I, for one, am glad for the latter. On a day like today, would you want to be out there making smoke signals ;-) ?
