Four properties sold in Wilton between Jan. 25 and Jan. 31.

On Jan. 25, John Hall sold the property at 109 Whipstick Road to Phillip Schellhorn for $615,000.
On Jan. 28, Steven and Elizabeth Torkelsen sold the property at 26 Kings Lane to William and Sharon Wickersham for $510,000.

On Jan. 31, Ronald Kashden and Kelly Franklin sold the property at 305 Olmstead Hill Road to Samuel and Kathryn Tenenbaum for $650,000.
