On Jan. 28, Steven and Elizabeth Torkelsen sold the property at 26 Kings Lane to William and Sharon Wickersham for $510,000.
On Jan. 29, Peter Gaboriault and Steven Pearsall sold the property at 31 Branch Brook Road to Branch Brook House, LLC for $900,000.
On Jan. 31, Ronald Kashden and Kelly Franklin sold the property at 305 Olmstead Hill Road to Samuel and Kathryn Tenenbaum for $650,000.
