On Sept. 14, Edward and Kathy Kierce sold the property at 33 Deer Run Road to Kevin and Kristyn O'Grady for $625,000.
On Sept. 18, John and Sarah O'Malley sold the property at 55 Range Road to Colton and Jennifer Wright for $703,232.
