On Nov. 16, Molly Cole sold the property at 279 Millstone Road to Alexander and Jill Koleszar for $680,000.
On Nov. 16, Christine and Kurt Olson sold the property at 96 Range Road to Benjamin and Jacqueline Couch for $685,000.
