On Jan. 22, Richard and Barbara Murdock sold the property at 28 Woodland Place to Jeffrey and Amy Staw for $835,000.
On Jan. 22, Lori and Daniel Price sold the property at 22 Wilton Hunt, Unit 11 to Aaron Price for $765,000.
