This chart shows some detailed information about the current state of the housing market in Wilton. May 2012 seemed to have been stronger than last year in terms of units sold and behind these numbers is the reality that this activity was frequently due to new inventory coming on at the right price. Homes that are not perceived as offering outstanding value by buyers are not getting bids while homes that are in really good condition and priced aggressively are often getting multiple bids.
