Ambler Farm is pleased to announce an informative program called "Healthy from the inside out." This 90-minute session will feature practical advice from local expert Loryn Galardi, M.S., who will educate us on the foods that cause chronic inflammation and ultimately lead to chronic illness and daily energy deficit, as well as foods to include and increase in our daily intake.
As Wilton's town-owned organic farm, Ambler Farm has a strong interest in sustainable agriculture and healthy eating.
