Tai Chi has been called "meditation in motion" because of the similar benefits to sitting meditation. Some of these benefits are, regulates the breath, calms the mind, reduces stress, reduces anxiety, etc. As a physical exercise, Tai Chi has the added benefits of improving balance, improving blood circulation, loosening the joints, massaging the internal organs by moving energy or chi throughout the body, etc.I will be teaching the Yang style Tai Chi Chuan form as taught to me by Master William CC Chen.
An introductory class will be given on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013. Time 12:00 - 12:45 PM. The cost of this introductory class will be $5.00.
