Don't miss the opportunity to see the performance of "The Yellow dress" an orginal production by Deana's Educational Theater. It is a dramatic one- woman play based on the stories of young women who were victims of dating violence. The carefully constructed program stimulates thought – provoking discussion about relationships; a topic important to every young person’s life. Other topics of discussion also include sexual coercion and bystander intervention.
It is a 30 minute performance, followed by a 30 minute discussion.
Dr. Claudia Cárdenas is the Director of Counseling and PeaceWorks at the DVCC will be available to answer any questions following the perfromance.
