Volunteers are asked to wear sturdy footwear and bring
their own work gloves.  The day will
start with an explanation of who we are, what we are trying to accomplish and
an overview of the area which will be cleaned and why it is important to keep
the trash from entering the Norwalk River which flows into Long Island Sound.

Meet at the Wilton Train Station, Depot Road, Wilton Ct.

Center for Coastal Preservation will supply garbage bags
and forms to record what is picked up.
