Mindful Meditation 4-Week Workshop


Gather the tools to develop and grow your mindfulness and meditation skills, which translates into higher levels of happiness and wellbeing. Explore different forms of meditation and inquire into the process, challenges of meditation and experiencing reality.

Mindfulness is the energy of being in the present moment and the continuous practice of touching life deeply. In the practice of mindfulness we utilize one-pointed attention to cultivate calmness and stability. We then introduce a wider scope of observation with an element of inquiry. 
Practicing mindfulness improves both mental and physical health.

The workshop will be lead by Matan Cohen-Citron. 
He is a meditation instructor, yoga therapist and teacher in Wilton and other locations in Fairfield county.

Dates: Tuesdays, January 7, 14, 21 and 28
Time: 10:00 – 11:00 AM
Location: Comprehensive Nutrition’s Wilton Office
Cost: $120 per person for the 4 weeks
