Come deepen the bond created at birth between parent and child
with Kismet Kids parent-tot yoga classes. Yoga-play helps toddlers develop
muscle control, balance and coordination, as well as develop physical and
emotional awareness. We foster imagination and play in a fun, supportive, and
nurturing environment. Harness your child’s natural energy through simple yoga
poses, breathing techniques, storytelling, song, dance and games!
