Vendors Wanted for Our Lady of Fatima School in Wilton Holiday Fair December 7th

2013 Christmas Boutique 225 DANBURY ROAD, WILTON, CT. 06897-4088.  Thank you for participating in our Christmas Boutique on Saturday, Dec 7th, 10:00am – 5:00pm at Our Lady of Fatima School in Wilton, CT. The cost to setup a vendor station at this event is $100 per table, $150 for 1/2 classroom! Electric $25.  Please mail or drop off your check to "OLF HSA” at the address above. Tables are available on a first come, first serve basis - reserve your space today, we sold out quickly last year! Set up will be Friday, Dec 6th from 7:00 -9:00 pm, Saturday doors open for setup at 7:30 am. Please have your booth set up by 10 am and do not break down until 5 pm. The first 25 vendors receive a 30 in. x 8 ft. table. Please let us know if you have one. Contact us in advance regarding props or displays not on table. Please bring a tablecloth & keep your supplies stored neatly beneath your table. We are asking all vendors to make a tax-deductible donation to our silent auction. *All vendors must be Virtus trained and provide a copy of your card upon registration. This is a requirement of our diocese. Please go to www.virtus.orgfor training in your area. You may submit the form with the date you plan to take this training, as long as it is prior to December 7th.
