Westport Wash and Wax is entering their second decade of giving back to those less fortunate in our community by holding their signature event “Good Neighbor Day.” Over ten years ago Scott Tiefenthaler and his wife Laila decided to lend their support to a local nonprofit organization that was making a difference; Homes with Hope was that organization.
Again this year Westport Wash & Wax partners Scott and Craig Tiefenthaler will donate 100% of their car washing revenues on Friday, June 17th to Homes with Hope. The funds raised will support the mission of Homes with Hope and the programs and services designed to help the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in the community.
Members of Homes with Hope’s board of directors and staff will be on hand to personally thank patrons of the carwash and to answer questions about the many ways our neighbors take care of those in need through their agency, and through the other support networks in lower Fairfield County.
