About the Speaker
This year’s guest speaker is Steve Knox, Senior Advisor, Boston Consulting Group; Former CEO, Proctor & Gamble Tremor.
Knox enjoys seeing how word of mouth can positively impact lives and how it can connect and build consumer relationships. He believes bringing cognitive science and discipline to the world of word of mouth marketing is necessary to best align both consumer and brand interests.
A 32-year veteran of Procter & Gamble, Knox most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Tremor, Procter & Gamble’s word of mouth marketing capability. As CEO, he was charged with establishing a world-class capability in consumer advocacy marketing to best serve consumers and their social networks.
