Wilton Honored in Hartford for Role in Statewide Clean Energy Communities

Wilton was recently honored at the State Capitol for earning its first “Bright Idea Grant” of $10,000 through its participation in the statewide Clean Energy Communities program, an Energize Connecticut initiative that incentivizes cities and towns to support energy efficiency and renewable energy. 

The grant can be used toward a community-selected energy-saving project.
