On Oct. 16, Josephine and Mark Quinn sold the property at 441 Nod Hill Road to Albert Pisa for $1,980,000.
On Oct. 17, trustees representing Luann Ross sold the property at 354 Newtown Turnpike to Alexander and Kristy Tarr for $552,000.
On Oct. 18, Linda Scott Artis sold the property at 82 Village Court to Izabela and Levente Hatvani for $500,000.
