Vacant buildings are a problem for a community. Patch wants to know what you think the solution can be.
In our occasional series Visions for Vacancies we’ll look at vacant businesses and buildings in Wilton and surrounding areas to see what our readers want to see move into their community.
Today, we’re looking at commercial space located in the front of 196 Danbury Rd., found in the listings section of Hastings Real Estate. The space is listed at 1,500 square feet in an existing building of 2,500 square feet. (Ed. Note: To be clear, other businesses exist in the remainder of the building. This is a shared space.)
The highlights of the business location are listed as, "ample and easily accessible parking, convenient to center of town, close to the Merritt Parkway and I-95 Connector."
