Fructose has been deemed to be healthy because it comes from fruit. It exists as a natural part of fruit. If you only ate one or two pieces of fruit a day you would be ok but Fructose is also being used as a food additive called High Fructose Corn Syrup. Americans are over consuming HFCS, at an alarming rate causing many serious ramifications.
I am a LPN Nurse recouping from being very sick, this is how I ate myself back to health. This article continues telling the story of my research into a different kind of nutrition.
