Happy Monday! I'm doing a 30-day "grateful" project. Every day I've thought of at least one thing that I'm grateful for, whether it's my family, my health, my car, basically anything that I am lucky to have in my life. I've been posting (almost) daily to Facebook and have seen a lot of response to my posts.
In doing this, I've become more aware of how lucky I am - I have so many amazing people in my life, a job, support, clothes on my back, etc. We tend to take things for granted and this is a great way to remember the good things in our life and become aware of how precious these things are, whether they're tangible or not. It's also given me time to stop and smell the roses, which is something we often forget to do. I've actually been doing this daily for a couple of years now and I've found that I'm a much happier and whole person. It's amazing! The more grateful we are, the more we draw positivity into our lives! It's known as the Law of Attraction!
Is anyone willing to do this project with me? I'll try to post every day and I'd love to hear what everyone else is grateful for.
See ya tomorrow,
Megan
