Happy Monday! Every Monday I Set my Goal for the Week.

I've set my goal for the week to set myself up for success. I'm interested to hear what your goal is!

Good morning and Happy October!

It's a beautiful, crisp and sunny day!  Welcome Fall!

At the beginning of every week I set a goal for myself.  It helps me to fully create the life that I want, one focus at a time. This week's goal is to treat my body right.  To truly love it through and through.  Four ways to do this are to exercise, eat well, sleep well and be grateful for your body.  I just wrote my body a love letter.  I mentioned and thanked every part of my body for the strength and healing properties it has.  It made me think about how incredible the human body is and mine in particular.  It was an eye-opening exerience for me and it felt great to appreciate and love it.  I apologized for all the abuse I've put it through and vowed to only treat it well from now on.

I suggest you do the same!  Recognize what your body does for you.  Thank it for it's sexiness, strength and ability to do everything that it needs to do without your help - breathing for example.

I don't know about thanking every part of my body but I like the idea of having a goal every monday for the week! a sleep goal, a dietary goal, a go to the gym goal. : ]

Margaret, Yea, sometimes the things I do may seem a little "hokey", but they work, I promise! :) I'm so glad you like the idea of setting weekly goals for yourself. Interesting that you mentioned a "sleep goal", that's not something that people usually have as a goal, I LOVE it as sleep is so important!!!! Thanks for commenting! Megan P.s. Better sleep is currently one of my goals. :)
