CPR & AED Certification Classes for Kids

Summer vacation is finally here and our kids’ days will be filled with various activities and new adventures.   There are so many wonderful opportunities for children, but what about those hard to please “tweens”?  Some have outgrown day camps, and they are too young for summer employment.

This summer, Cardiac Companion, LLC is proud to offer CPR & AED Certification Courses for kids ages 11 – 13 years old.  Course topics and requirements include:

•Child CPR/AED/Choking

•Infant CPR/Choking

The first opportunity for participation will be Friday, July 11 from 9:00AM to 12:00PM.  To register your child, please send an email to: nancy@cardiaccompanion.com.  You will receive information on how to register, class location, and answers to frequently asked questions.

“I truly believe that children are fully capable of much more than we give them credit for and show a natural affinity for learning how to save a life. Giving them the knowledge and tools with which to do so does not take away their innocence, but rather empowers them to feel important and be a part of life, here and now,” says Nancy Capelle, Founder of Cardiac Companion, LLC.

Upon completion of the three hour course, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED Course Completion Card that is valid for two years.

The cost for this class is $100 per student.  This price includes the Course Completion Card.

So, what did you do this summer?  I learned how to save lives!
