"Ruthless! The Musical" Remake Coming to Theater Barn Jan 17th!

The writer and composer of Ruthless! have revamped their 1993 Off-Broadway hit and are premiering the pre-NY workshop for a limited run at the Theater Barn Jan 17th through the 27th!!

The Ridgefield Theater Barn is proud to present the world premiere of the pre-New York workshop of Ruthless! The Musical, by Joel Paley (book & lyrics) and Marvin Laird (composer).  The creative duo direct and musically direct this production, respectively, and have re-worked their original 1993 Off-Broadway hit in anticipation of an upcoming run in New York.  Performances will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 8pm, January 17th through the 27th, with Sunday matinees at 2pm.

The winner of the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Lyrics and the New York Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Off-Broadway Musical, Ruthless! was ahead of it’s time in exploring the subject of children (and the parents of children) in show business.  Before there was Toddlers and Tiaras, there was Ruthless! The Musical.  Some kids will do anything to get the part. Anything!

Tickets are $26/adults and $22/students and seniors.  Seating is cabaret style and doors open one hour prior to curtain.  Audience members are invited to bring food and drink to enjoy before the show and during intermission.  For more information and to make reservations please visit www.ridgefieldtheaterbarn.org

@DB Cooper: Oh, you mean how you used your multiple personalities and screen names to flag me intoRead More oblivion? The thing is, it won't work this time. Try again, stalker. Try harder. LOL! You don't have enough fake personalities this time around to do such a thing. Thanks again for stopping by my blog. :) LOL! Hook, line, sinker.
