On Oct. 27 JoAnn LaGiurato filed a complaint with the Wilton Police Dept. in regard to missing items from her residence at 2 Spruce Meadow Court.
LaGiurato stated that some time since her residence was listed for sale in May 2013, a pair of 14 kt white gold diamond earrings, a Tiffany & Co. gift card and a scarf have gone missing.
According to Wilton Police the earrings were missing from the master bedroom and were valued at $9,500. The gift certificate went missing from a desk in an office and was valued at $300 and the scarf, valued at $45 was missing from a closet.
According to Lt. Donald Wakeman, sometimes people post as buyers to look at a house or visit an open house ulterior motives.
