On Nov. 10 Travis Wandall, 21, of 4 Whipporwill Lane in Weston was arrested for Illegal Sale or delivery of Alcohol to a Minor. On Oct. 14 officers responded to the area of Merwin Meadows park for an EMS complaint for a medical incident involving the accused.
During the course of assisting the patient it was learned that Wandall had purchased two bottles of wine and supplied them to three friends, age 18, 18 and 20, all under the legal age to possess alcohol. An arrest warrant was obtained for Wandall, and, according to Wilton Police, he was processed and released on Nov. 10 after posting bond of $1,000. He has a court date of Nov. 21.
