Nicole Vogt, 37, of West Haven was charged with larceny in the fourth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree after police arrested her on a warrant served in Norwalk Superior Court on Friday, Oct. 5.
According to police, Vogt and an alleged accomplice, Louis Masseli, 36, stole more than $1,200 worth of Crest Whitening Strips and Rogaine from CVS in Wilton on May 1. Masseli was arrested by Wilton Police on May 30.
Vogt was held on $5,000 bond.

On Sunday, Oct. 7, Augusto Javier Reyes-Ramirez, 20, of Stamford turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear in the first degree, original charges stemming from an August arrest for the theft and illegal use of credit cards.
Reyes-Ramirez, of Stamford, was employed at TJ Maxx in November 2009 and allegedly stole a customer's credit card and use it at Boston Market in Wilton and Best Buy in Norwalk without the owner's consent, racking up $570 worth of fraudulent charges. He was arrested by Wilton Police in August after they served him a warrant in Norwalk Superior Court, where he was answering unrelated charges.
Reyes-Ramirez then did not show up at his Sept. 7 court date.
Reyes-Ramirez was held on $10,000 bond and given an Oct. 17 court date this time around.
