Arrest for July Seir Hill Rd Burglary and Larceny

Ernest Bailey, 46, of 43 Wilton Ave. in Norwalk was arrested on a warrant for Burglary in the 3rd degree and Larceny in the 6th degree on Sept. 17, 2013, according to Wilton Police. The loss of property included two cell phones valued at $10.00 each and a approximately $5.00 in quarters.

The accused was arrested on a warrant issued by Norwalk Superior Court stemming back to a residential burglary that occurred on July 25, 2013 on Seir Hill Road. The accused is currently incarcerated at the Bridgeport Correctional Center.
