refused to submit to a breath test.at 1:18p.m. a motor vehicle burglary was reported to Wilton Police. The incident occurred at Four Seasons Racquet Club on Danbury Rd. Entry fas forced by breaking the front passenger window.
According to Wilton Police a credit card, debit card and a small amount of cash were taken from the vehicle.
