On Oct. 29 at 11:00a.m. StevenM Fusco, 34, of New Milford was driving his 2013 Hundai four-door southbound on Rt 7 when he drifted into northbound lanes of traffic and into the parking lot of Outdoor Sports Center at 80 Danbury Rd. According to Wilton Police Fusco, who struck three parked cars, was found at fault and was charged with Reckless Driving.
According to Wilton Police, Fusco said he was fount at fault after admitting to operating his vehicle after taking medication that caused him to become drowsy.
He was released on a Promise to Appear and has a court date of Nov. 14, 2013.
