On Oct. 18 Michael Zeoli, 50, of 37 Kensett Ave in Norwalk was charged with DUI and Evading Responsibility after his 2011 Toyota RAV4 struck two cars parked in a driveway at 113 Old Belden Hill Rd in Wilton.
According to Wilton Police, officers responded to a call from the homeowner that a vehicle had driven onto his front lawn and the operator appeared to be intoxicated.
Zeoli failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. He also charged with Evading Responsibility after striking the two vehicles parked in the driveway, a 2011 Ford F150 pickup and a 2005 Lexus GX470. According to the Wilton Police accident report, Zeoli claimed he was trying to get home and had been attempting to turn around in the driveway.
Zeoli was found to have a BAC of .18. He was processed and released on a Promise to Appear at Norwalk Superior Court on Oct. 29, 2013.
