"Drunk Driving. Over the Limit. Under Arrest." Wilton DUI Checkpoint Snags One

In a planned DUI checkpoint on Friday night Sept. 6, which was publicized on Wilton Patch, Wilton Police  arrested Matthew R. Mol, 38, of 215 Mamanasco Rd., Ridgefield, who was found to be intoxicated, according to Wilton Police.

Mol's Blood Alcohol Content "BAC" was .124, said Captain John Lynch (The legal limit is .08).

The checkpoint was located at Rte. 7 and Cricket Lane and was part of the extended Labor Day DUI checkpoint, "Drunk Driving. Over the Limit. Under Arrest." The checkpoint began in the evening and continued into into Saturday morning.

In addition to the DUI arrest, there was one child restraint observation, according to Wilton Police.
