Jamel Brown, 20, of 49 Meadow St., in Norwalk turned himself in to Wilton Police Dept on Sept. 20, 2013 on an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear for a speeding ticket issued on Aug. 19, 2012 at Rt. 7 and Scribner Hill Rd.
Brown was released on $250.00 bond and has a court date set for Sept. 30, 2013.
